Online coaching is a flexible and affordable option for the independent or remote athlete. 


How it works

Online coaching is provided through the use of interactive programming and video analysis. You will receive online access to your tailored program, record your progress from each session and upload videos of the relevant aspects of your training. The program will then be adjusted to the rate of your progression and other training needs and feedback will be provided on your training videos.



Online training can be in the areas of:


  • Powerlifting

  • Sport-specific / Event conditioning

  • Military and Police preparation

  • Callisthenics 

  • Body Building

  • Weight-loss

  • Cardiorespiratory training

  • Injury rehabilitation / prevention

  • General strength and fitness
