Why Group Training?

  • Group training is a fantastic format for receiving the quality of instruction and coaching of a personal training session, but with the comradery, friendly competition and motivation of a class environment.


  • Groups are as small 2 but no more than 8 people depending on the style of training ensuring that you receive comprehensive attention and personal instruction.


  • Group training can be used for a wide variety of training from powerlifting sessions to agility training. Check out our upcoming events to see what group training is currently on offer or contact us with arranging a group session for your group.

Do you work with a great team and want to get all of you together outside of the working environment? Or maybe you work better when you have someone else to bounce off, someone to help with the encouragement or to create a bit of competition.

I offer group training from two to eight people.
