If you have always wanted to get stronger, learn how to lift or get into Powerlifting as a sport, make sure you choose to be strong this year.
Join us for our first 8 week strength training block for 2019 and get STRONG with expert in-person coaching, programming, as well as daily online coaching support.
Our 2018 athletes saw amazing improvements in their technique, strength & confidence.
This 8 week course is perfect for beginners, novice lifters, CrossFitters wanting to get strong, those considering getting into the sport of Powerlifting or those who like learning and training in a fun and supportive environment.
The cost of $30 / week includes 8x 1.5 hour coached sessions focusing on the squat, bench and deadlift, programming for 3x sessions per week, unlimited video analysis, online support and use of elite Powerlifting equipment.
