Why Group Training??
• Group training is a fantastic format for receiving the quality of instruction and coaching of a personal training session, but with the camaraderie, friendly competition and motivation of a class environment.
• Groups will be as small 3 but no more than 8 people ensuring that you receive comprehensive attention and personal coaching
• Training will be based on full body compound movement using your body weight and other functional training equipment. This will help you improve your cardiovascular fitness, increase muscle power and strength while learning how to perform the movements safely and efficiently.
• This style of training is designed to be transferable to your lifestyle and daily activities, aiding you in getting more out of your summer.
